Faithful readers will know my feelings of utter contempt for ALL televangelists. I have never seen a single one who was not a greedy whore who debased the Christian religion for the own financial gain. One of the most-read entries of this blog, in fact, is about the bottom-feeding Benny Hinn and his appeal for a PRIVATE JET.
About two years ago, I ripped parts of an ABCNews documentary about the 1980s (a fabulous documentary, available on Netflix) concerning the televangelist scandals of the late 1980s. I remember that event clearly, and I celebrated as one after the other of these scum suckers fell from grace and were shown to be nothing but lying hucksters. I posted that part on YouTube, and it got many thousands of hits and comments.
Today I received the following email from YouTube:

Jimmy Swaggart? I never expected this video to stay up long, figuring that ABCNews would object. But no. It was the lying, whoring, cheating, prostitute-hiring Jimmy Swaggart — who, by the way, once said that if a gay man hit on him he’d kill him and tell God that he died. I happened to be on the phone with my friend Jen when this email appeared, and we both got a hearty laugh.
I pissed off Jimmy Swaggart! My life is now more complete than ever before. I just wish I could meet him face to face, so I could spit in his.
[Note: I tried to post his gay comment, but it too has been removed from YouTube. Thanks, Google, for turning YouTube into a corporate shill that protects these lying a-holes.]
