The Star Wars Holiday Special

In 1978, CBS aired the utterly disastrous “Star Wars Holiday Special.” Carrie Fischer has remarked that she remained coked up through the whole production, and George Lucas won’t even acknowledge it’s existence (but he takes credit for “The Phantom Menace”?).

I remember watching this show, and I probably loved it … at the time. But I was only seven, so you can forgive me I’m sure.
